Trust Issues

I haven't written a relationship blog in over a year I haven't been inspired. As of late a lot has been boggling me. I have a list of topics I would like to discuss in the future so I am implementing a relationship blog once a week, with that being said leggo .

Trust is a serious requirement for any relationship (friends, family, intimate). It is a delicate balance between happiness/sorrow or teammate/enemy. These are my thoughts and questions because for the first time I don't have a complete hold or one set opinion on this matter. In most cases trust is easily attained. (some will say no but actually we believe or take peoples word for it until they show us otherwise) Now minor instances reveal to you why or why you shouldn't trust a person some are white lies no harm no foul (but you side eye, now once a side eye is issued they are on the watch list) some are damaging either they change your perception, deceive, or hurt you. Lol at the "watch list" but you know those people that you can't put your finger on you always got your eye on them because of a fuck up on their part! My question is how do you rebuild the trust ? Does the person causing the "Trust Issues" take full responsibility?  If a person continuously lies to you can they really be upset for you not trusting them and need reassurance ? What if they want to leave the past in the past w/o putting forth effort to gain your trust is this person worth your time ? Deception is a relationship killer but in my opinion trust can be rebuilt we are not perfect. What really bothers me is how people dismiss things and expect trust when it is that person that in fact doesn't want to regain and accept responsibility for their actions. Accepting responsibility is what I am coming to find a necessary component in my relationship factor it shows character. Anyway before I ramble on on as I tend to do I just wanted to know if you guys can give my some insight I always want to hear your thoughts a different points of view I leave you with this quote from one of my twitter followers @MrEego :

"Love itself is SIMPLE! We make it difficult with lies and inconsistency"

My Alter Ego

When I get mad PJ appears this is her, a force to be reckoned with ! She makes sure you learn a valuable lesson. Thankful for her she protects me. Please don't ask me how I know what she looks like lmao if you have to ask then you don't need to know. Thinking about letting my hair grow back.

If you could say you had an alter ego who and what would that be?

Ciao,

HAVE YOU EVER BEEN CAUGHT IN THE ACT OF (NOT) CHEATING?

article found here
Have you ever been caught in the act of (NOT) Cheating? Have you ever been accused of cheating on your mate but you did not do anything? Did you ever drop a one liner flirting remark that was taken the wrong way? Have you sent or received that racy email? Is it jealousy that make us that way or insecurity? Have you ever accused someone of cheating on you? I know that sometimes it is hard to know if your mates intentions were to actually cheat or not. Is trust really an issue with a spouse that has cheated before? Have you had a spouse cheat on you or have you cheated on your spouse and got caught? I know that trust should be a factor in a Monogamous relationship, but when you catch your mate flirting or talking to another person it seems disrespectful and hurtful to your relationship. Your spouse is not honoring your bond by flirting with another person. Have you trusted your spouse and stood behind them even after they cheated on you and still made excuses for them? Have any new letters, emails, or phone calls from people you haven’t heard your spouse talk about before begun to surface in their life? This is one sign. Do you believe that flirting is innocent and that it should not be a jealousy issue with the person that has accused you of cheating and you were not? If you are in a committed relationship, Do you think that flirting is off limits regardless of if it was a fantasy or innocent in nature? I have been accused of cheating when someone has engaged me in a conversation. Where do we draw the line? Innocent flirting or just chatting about a topic can actually be innocent at times. We have all engaged in a conversation that was of a questionable nature, but who is to say that its cheating? Is it right to accuse your mate of cheating without proof or them admitting to the crime? If you have ever been caught in the act of ( NOT) cheating, How did it make you feel?
