As your Personal Assistant LBM can provide services for you at your office or ours. LBM can take care of those things you wish you didn’t have to do. Hand over your to do list to us and use your time better. LBM will help reduce stress in your life by being your assistant. We can either assist you or just pick up the ball and run with it. It's up to you. One project or your entire office or home, LBM will work within your budget.
Administrative Services are especially beneficial for business professionals, those who are self-employed or for those that are on the go. Service includes but are not limited to:
o Typing, filing, maintaining client databases in Outlook or Excel.
o Proof reading client newsletters or announcements etc
o Assistance in maintaining websites.

Rate: $25 per hour with a 3- hour minimum. 6-hour minimum outside of the NYC area.

An Initial Consultation is to determine the scope of services to be provided. During this visit, together we determine the services best suited to your needs. A half hour consultation is always complementary. This consultation allows you to determine if we are a good fit for you. Organizing is very personal and we want to make sure that you get the most out of your experience.
Organizing - All Aspects of Organizing
Purging, filing, supplies, equipment, storage, space planning, etc. Organizing can leave you feeling overwhelmed. Picking through boxes or files on your own can be depressing you because it never seems to end. Organizing with a Profession
o Organizing Services can range from creating a system where files are easy to find and out of way eliminating clutter such as old files and paperwork that you no longer need.

Although we primarily focus on office organization, LBM is also skilled in home organization. You may start with your office and want to continue with your home. We organize Home Offices, Kitchens, Storage Rooms, Bedrooms, Basements, Closets and your Garage.
