I have been to Turks and Caicos twice and with each experience I fall in Love all over again! Exceptional service and the locals are the sweetest people I have ever met . I always stay at the Gansevoort Hotel when I go to Turks. Trust I wouldn't stay anywhere else on the island, not knocking anywhere else but once somewhere treats you like royalty you really don't want to look anywhere else. The Gansevoort is very up to date modern the food is great it is right on the beach everything is accessible. The staff is cool and professional we made a couple of friends on our first trip and when we returned the welcomed us again with even doper service (how can this be). I went jet skiing , para sailing, sailing etc.. had a blast doing it all. I love the beach white sand, sultry turquoise waters. Beautiful skies nice breeze enticing sun my tan made me look extra sexy ;o).

La Bella Morenitas |
Ever since last spring I wanted to go to the Museum of Sex I had planned a La Bella's Night Out but due to the inclimate weather we weren't able to attend. Since the weather has been descent here in NYC I decided I would take a trip down to the museum and see what it is about. Well I surely wasn't surprised I got to see some interesting things and learn a few tricks lol. They had a cafe downstairs where you can grab a bite and get your drink on. I was surprised to learn that a lot of animals have sex same intercourse (yikes) so I guess it isn't just humans God created us all so it must have been in his plan no judegement.

International Women's Day
International Women's Day (IWD), originally called International Working Women’s Day, is marked on March 8 every year. In different regions the focus of the celebrations ranges from general celebration of respect, appreciation and love towards women to a celebration for women's economic, political and social achievements. Started as a Socialist political event, the holiday blended in the culture of many countries, primarily Eastern Europe, Russia, and the former Soviet bloc. In many regions, the day lost its political flavour, and became simply an occasion for men to express their love for women in a way somewhat similar to a mixture of Mother's Day and Valentine's Day. In other regions, however, the original political and human rights theme designated by the United Nations runs strong, and political and social awareness of the struggles of women worldwide are brought out and examined in a hopeful manner.
The theme for this years International Women's Day is Empower Women. I love the fact that every year there is a different Topic regarding women they choose to address and focus on. I must admit before today I had never heard of International Women's Day. Women from all over the world gathering for the same rights as men, equality in the workplace, voting rights etc.
Bellas take today to help EMPOWER other women , A girlfriend , stranger, whoever . Us women need to uplift each other stand by one another support each other not tear down there is room for all of us to succeed. Men do it all the time why cant we ??!!
Make today count ! What are your thoughts?

Salmon with Honey, Mustard, and Aji Amarillo Glaze
DESCRIPTION:
Ají amarillo paste is made from a beautiful little yellow chile from Peru. Look for jars of the paste where South American ingredients are sold. This recipe is from chef Aarón Sánchez, co-owner and executive chef of Paladar and Centrico restaurants, both located in New York City. Aarón’s passion, commitment and skills have placed him among the country’s leading contemporary Latin chefs.
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 pounds salmon fillet with skin (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inches thick)
Salt
1 garlic clove
3 tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. ají amarillo paste
1/2 tsp. rice vinegar
1/2 tsp. coriander seeds, crushed
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
PREPARATION:
1. Preheat the broiler. Line a broiler pan with foil and lightly coat with oil. Pat salmon dry and place, skin side down, on pan. Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
2. Mince and mash garlic to a paste with a pinch of salt. Stir together with mustard, honey, aji amarillo paste, vinegar, coriander, and pepper.
3. Spread mustard mixture evenly on top of salmon. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat until just cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes. Transfer salmon to a platter with 2 large spatulas. Cut into 4 servings.
I suggest serving with yellow rice, red potatoes or my fav mash potatoes.
Ciao,
Pana
